Jen Gotch

I have almost every window in my home open right now. It's so breezy in my little studio and I love the way I feel right now. I stumbled upon these amazing photos and text by Jen Gotch compliments of my friend, Shannon, and they perfectly describe how I feel right now. Enjoy.

Violet & Willie

How sweet is this story: Violet and Willie eloped when they were younger, and are not celebrating their 40th anniversary by having a full blown, beautiful WEDDING with rings, dresses, bridesmaids, the whole shebang! They are the sweetest people you could meet and from the time I spent with them at their home I know they are still in love after all these years. There are so many rich details they are being put into their invites and programs. I can't wait to share the rest with you.

Erin & Trey

A Mediterranean themed wedding! I custom drew titles for the lovely Miss Erin and Trey, but I ended up focusing on the details of the pattern instead of ever using the titles as a whole. Each of the three pieces utilize the pattern in different ways. I love the colors. So rich. I believe Erin mentioned that she was going to have centerpieces with lemons and limes at the reception. How beautiful. Programs etc to come!

Chanell & Anthony

Chanell and Anthony are getting married at the gorgeous Waverly Chapel and then, get this, having their reception at a PARK! I love it. So picturesque. Chanell had a vision of birds, nests, plants, and other park themes. She also choose a charcoal grey envelope which I LOVE. All of the pieces were double sided: formal invite, directions/map; RSVP postcard. The long piece is a tented table number for the reception. Program booklet to come!

Danielle & Jeremy

Danielle wins the best color scheme award. Navy, Chartreuse Green, and Lavender. What a genius! She is also lining the navy pointed flap envelopes with Japanese paper. I will post a photo of that later.

Brea Bridal Show

A huge thanks to my good friend, Ruthi, for her help at the Brea Bridal Show back at the end of January!!! My camera broke that day (and is still sadly in his case instead of at the camera hospital) and our booth neighbors, Michael & Rebecka, just sent me this photo from the show. Thank you to all the brides who we chatted with and for those of you who I am still chatting with!
